Use the public support address for factual corrections, pattern questions, accessibility concerns, privacy requests, or problems using the website.
Write to support@yarnsunlimited.com. There is no contact form or newsletter, so email is the only public contact channel currently offered by Yarns Unlimited.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal information. Yarns Unlimited does not need those details to investigate a content or site issue.
Report a content or pattern correction
Include the page address, the exact statement or instruction you believe is wrong, what you expected, and a reliable source when one is available. For a pattern issue, also identify the step, stitch count, yarn information, or measurement involved.
Rights and attribution
For a copyright, license, credit, or attribution concern, use the subject line “Rights” and include the affected URL, the work in question, your relationship to it, and enough evidence to evaluate the request. Do not attach unnecessary identity documents.
