Yarns Unlimited has no visitor accounts, purchases, contact form, newsletter, or feature that asks you to submit project or profile information.
Information you provide
The website’s pages can be read without providing a name, email address, payment detail, or account. If you choose to email the public support address, the message contains whatever information you include, together with ordinary email delivery data. Your and Yarns Unlimited’s email providers process that information to deliver and respond to the message.
Send only the information needed for the question or correction. Do not include passwords, financial details, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The site uses no analytics service, advertising system, affiliate tracking, or third-party embed. It does not require a cookie to read its content.
Hosting and security providers may process request data and use necessary security measures to deliver and protect the website.
How information is used and shared
Support email is used to read and respond to the message, investigate the reported issue, document a correction or rights request, and protect the website from abuse. A relevant message may be retained while the issue is active or while a record is reasonably needed.

These records support delivery, security, abuse prevention, and diagnosis. The Yarns Unlimited application does not use them to create yarn, craft, or shopping profiles.

Yarns Unlimited links to standards, pattern records, licences, and other external references. Following one of those links takes you to a website controlled by another party, whose privacy practices are outside Yarns Unlimited’s control.
Children and privacy questions
The site has no account or profile feature for any visitor and does not ask children to submit personal information.
