Blocking knitting
Wash or dampen the fabric within the yarn label directions, arrange the finished dimensions and let it dry completely.
Work the technique
Record unblocked dimensions. Support the wet knit, remove excess water without twisting, lay it on a suitable surface and smooth to the intended measurements. Pin lace points only after checking the fibre and finishing directions.
Try it on a sample
Finish a 15 cm sample with the intended washing routine. Measure both directions after it is fully dry.
Check and recover
Do not stretch a neckline or rib beyond its intended shape. Acrylic is heat sensitive: avoid direct ironing or steam unless the product specifically permits it.
